What it does

Takes the causes you name, one at a time, and asks what sits behind each one.
Asks of each cause whether it could be removed entirely — not worked around, removed. If one can, your problem changes, and you restate it in your own words.
Checks the need against BWMN's North Star Vision. That check is a veto, not advice.

What to bring

Your structured Work Statement block. This assistant works from it and will not write one for you.
A willingness to have your reasoning questioned. That is the whole job.

What it will not do

It will not suggest how to remove a cause. It asks whether one can be, and records your answer — supplying the answer would be substituting its judgement for yours.
It will not look anything up or bring in outside evidence. That comes next, with a different assistant.
It will not propose a solution, a design or a technology. Not even as an example.
It will not discuss cost. Whether this becomes work you pay for or research BWMN funds is decided later, from the evidence.
