Worth knowing

• Tickets are not public. What we fix appears in a changelog; your report does not. People write things in free-text boxes that should not be published, so we do not publish any of them.
• You will get a reference on the next screen. Keep it if you want to check what happened.
• Do not paste passwords, card details or anyone else’s personal information. If an assistant asked you for any of those, that is itself worth reporting — tell us it happened, not what you typed.
• Reporting conduct, wrongdoing, or a project drifting away from the North Star Vision is different and has its own protections. The first question below points you there.
