Raise a concern
If something at BWMN — or in work connected to BWMN — looks wrong, you can report it here. You do not need an account, and you do not have to tell us who you are.
Work that does not fit the North Star Vision belongs here too
BWMN exists to optimise the use of resources for the greater good. Every Work Statement is checked against that before it is accepted — but the check can only read what someone says they want. A person who wants something extractive can describe it in aligned terms and pass.
What that check cannot see, you can. If you are working alongside someone and the real purpose of what is being built starts to look different from the stated one — who it actually benefits, who carries the cost, what it would be used for — that is exactly what this channel is for. It is often the only way such a thing is caught.
You do not need proof, and nothing has to have gone wrong yet. A pattern you have noticed, described plainly, is a legitimate report. Say what you observed and say what you inferred from it — keeping those two apart is more useful than being certain.
Before you start
- We do not record who you are. This form stores no account, no session and no IP address. If you leave the contact field blank, we have no way to identify you.
- If you used an AI assistant to draft this, check which account you used. A conversation in an assistant signed in with your employer’s account may be visible to that employer’s administrators. This form is not.
- Do not paste confidential documents. Tell us what evidence exists and where it is. We will ask for it properly if it is needed.
- You will get a reference code on the next screen. Write it down — it is the only way to check what happened, and we cannot look it up for you by any other means. Nothing is emailed to you.
- If anyone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. This is not an emergency channel.
Is it a bug rather than a concern?
If a page is broken, something is confusing, or an assistant behaved oddly, that goes somewhere else — and it is better there, because we can record which page and which assistant it happened on and actually fix it.
Report a bug or make a suggestionReports are read by BWMN’s remediation team. If you choose to leave contact details, they are stored separately from your report and are not shown to the team assessing it — someone has to give a reason and it is recorded before they can be seen.
